What happens after you contact Pawlkies?

We can't wait to meet you....

Once we've heard from you and had a chance to talk all about you and your lovely pets, their unique personalities and their cute ways, we will arrange a convenient time to meet with yourselves, your pets and any other family members you'de like us to meet. 

 

Prior to this meeting, we will ask you to complete our online pet registration form which will provide us with all the neccessary information to understand your pets needs and enable us to safely care for them. 

 

If you've decided to use Pawlkies day care or home boarding services, we would like to invite you to come and visit us at our home, where your special loved ones will be joining our family whilst you're away. We'll give you a tour of our facilites and run you through what they'll be getting up to with us whilst in our care.

 

If you've decided to use Pawlkies Pet sitting or Dog Walking services, we will come to you and meet with you all to introduce ourselves, learn more about you all and answer any questions you may have as well as run you through what you can expect from us. Our meeeting will last approximately 30 minutes
